SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
For Standard Delivery please allow 2 to 4 business days to process an order and additional time in transit. Standard delivery orders will be processed in order they received. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the following business day. You can view your shipping rate by going to checkout and entering your billing and shipping information during the first step of checkout.
All packages sent via US Postal Services. Orders will usually arrive within 2 – 4 business days (for in-stock items only).
International orders will usually arrive within 10 – 14 business days (for in-stock items only).
Once any order is placed it goes into our automated fulfillment system and is processed usually the same day. You may return the product under our return policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, if we sent the wrong item). Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the receipt date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. In the event the following conditions are not met, MGart company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge up to 50% restocking fee of the original invoice amount or to refuse the return.
MGart LLC doesn’t take responsibility for orders after sending items (excluding orders with damaging goods).
International Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees levied by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

The buyer is responsible for complying with all rules and restrictions applicable to the importation of goods into the destination country. We do not guarantee that the goods you order will meet all the requirements and standards of your country.

Loss or damage to the goods during transit.
Failure to pay customs duties and taxes.
Non-compliance of the goods with the requirements and standards of the destination country.
