U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

MGart ships domestic U.S. orders via USPS and UPS.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $100.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at info@mgartgel.com before placing your order or immediately after checkout. We will review available express shipping rates and send a payment link for the additional shipping cost if applicable.

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system and may begin processing immediately.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of MGart’s control.
U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges ONLY for new, unused, unopened products.

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.

Used, opened, tested, or hygienically compromised products are NOT eligible for return or exchange under U.S. hygiene and safety regulations.

Please note:
If the protective sealing film on gel jars was removed and reapplied, this is detectable during inspection and the return will be refused. -
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error (for example, receiving the wrong item).

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by the MGart fulfillment center.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping ($100+ orders) and you later request a return, the actual original shipping cost AND the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note: approved returns are subject to a handling fee in addition to any applicable shipping costs. A $10 handling fee applies to orders shipped in bubble mailers, and a $20 handling fee applies to orders shipped in boxes. This amount may be deducted from the approved refund together with the original shipping cost and/or return label cost, when applicable.

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned products.

MGart reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to MGart:
- the customer may pay for the return shipping charges and a new reshipping label after providing the corrected address;
or
- the customer may refuse reshipment, in which case the actual shipping costs, return fees, and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

MGart is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer-provided shipping information.
Items on Sale
Unless specified otherwise, sale items, discounted items, promotional items, special offers, limited collections, and digital products are on Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
(outside U.S.)
International orders are shipped at the customer’s risk.
MGart does NOT accept international returns, exchanges, or cancellations after shipment.
Customers are fully responsible for:

import taxes

VAT charges
-
brokerage fees
-
customs clearance procedures
-
compliance with their country’s import regulations
These charges are NOT included in the shipping price and are determined by your country’s customs authorities.
MGart does not guarantee that products comply with regulations, ingredient restrictions, labeling requirements, or import standards in your country.
Once an international order is transferred to the shipping carrier, MGart is not responsible for:

lost packages

delays
-
customs holds
-
customs destruction
-
refused packages
-
damaged shipments
-
failed delivery attempts
-
carrier-related issues
Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with international shipping and importation.
